Really simple and easy to use App

I fine the NatWest App really easy to use, which is what I expect from an App today! The ease makes managing money on the go simple, quick and very reliable. Look forward to more new options like Pending Transactions. Reviewed on: 5th November 2018

No delivery

Tried to open an account ad a returning British citizen,needed to post us a letter for proof of address ,still waiting after more than two weeks amd seberal follow up phone calls and e mails,nothing,went to Lloyds opened in 10 minutes????? Reviewed on: 22nd September 2018

Good customer service

Been with Natwest few years now was the only bank that I could get a direct debit card with easy banking online app, security good I get informed if they think something looks suspicious on my account. Get alerted if payment due that have forgotten about & to get money in by 2pm no charge. Easy to set up payments, transfers etc have a current account with them too. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Do not trust Natwest

Charges applied to my account even though I went in to store as was told I had enough funds. I had over 400.00 in my savings with them to which they can see and still charged me £70.00 and was told I should 've in charge of my funds better . Also had me one the phone for 1hr and 30 mins to be told this . Also changed standing order to 26th for rent had it taken out on the 26th and the 28th original date . And have been charged again another £70.00 even though it was banks mistake and standing order still not changed . Wouldn't trust this bank APPALING service and only interested in how much money they can get from you. BAD SERVICE IN STORE AND ON PHONE . APP DOWN FOR 14 DAY. Reviewed on: 21st May 2018
