Easy to soak up, basic account

Whenever I have had issues such as a lost card or changing my surname, both over the phone, online and in store I have had quick, friendly and efficient service. There could however be more rewards available. The companies currently signed up are limited. Reviewed on: 20th November 2017

A fair bank that listens

I complained about a practice - which most banks do - of taking Monday DD money over the preceeding weekend. They replied that they are changing their policy and gave me a firm date from whivch this will come into effect. Reviewed on: 19th November 2017

Great and friendly!

Had bank accounts with several companies in the past, natwest are by far the best. Not ever had any issues and they’ve been so helpful every time we’ve needed something both in the branch and by telephone. Reviewed on: 15th November 2017
