Closing branches

Solid ,trustworthy and excellent customer service

I have been with Natwest for over 20 years. I find their customer service is excellent, any hiccups with payments or the account tiself have always been rectified swiftly. The basic account is perfect for customers that need facilities for standing orders, direct debits etc without the fear of charges. Easy to soak up, basic account

Whenever I have had issues such as a lost card or changing my surname, both over the phone, online and in store I have had quick, friendly and efficient service. There could however be more rewards available. The companies currently signed up are limited. Reviewed on: 20th November 2017
