Closing branches

Solid ,trustworthy and excellent customer service

I have been with Natwest for over 20 years. I find their customer service is excellent, any hiccups with payments or the account tiself have always been rectified swiftly. The basic account is perfect for customers that need facilities for standing orders, direct debits etc without the fear of charges. Their mobile banking app is fabulous too Reviewed on: 5th December 2017
