No-nonsense can-do approach

Does what it says

An account for basic banking; for those that don't want an overdraft; to just have their salary paid in; direct debits paid out & have a non-contactless debit card. Simple to operate & this account provided by Nat West is a good example. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Long term customer always good service

I have been with NatWest for many years, including having a student loans account and a basic current account. They have always been very friendly and helpful as well as efficient whenever I have called in regards to a lost card or for information, or going in store to ask a question and update my details. Their only downside is the overdraft charges. But the bonus, despite less places to now receive it, is their cashback in certain stores. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Current Account

I've had this account for 40+ years and all of my three children were bought up to save and manage their finances. Very happy with the friendly service. If there is a problem the girls in branch are always happy to help and I don't wait ages on line for assistance. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Easy to access funds and transfer between accounts

Great bank, always on the ball

Love this bank. I trust them with my money, and in any instances of unrecognised transactions they are on the ball before I’ve even noticed anything suspicious! I opened a 2nd account with them very easily and all very securely. Will be with them for many years to come. Reviewed on: 7th November 2017
