The staff either in branch or on the phone are always helpful and soon sort out any problems I have. Plenty of staff on duty in my local branch so there’s very little queueing to get service. Overall it’s a pleasant experience to visit my NatWest branch. Reviewed on: 1st January 2018

Natwest has always been a fantastic bank, any issues i have had the a quick to resolve. The staff always go above and beyond which makes them a really fantastic bank. I have had issues in the past and they always make sure i have always been well looked after Reviewed on: 1st January 2018
