Not good service

Trying to do anything with Natwest is often quite difficult, and when I had my card stolen I cancelled within 15 minutes and they still managed to spend £80 contactlessly which I did not get back. Reviewed on: 5th January 2018

Acess to account

Account was blocked for 3 weeks due to an internal error. Several branch visits and 14 phone calls needed to remove the block! Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

does what it says on the tin, no hidden charges and very helpful when you call online banking services about payments

Always helpful

The staff either in branch or on the phone are always helpful and soon sort out any problems I have. Plenty of staff on duty in my local branch so there’s very little queueing to get service. Overall it’s a pleasant experience to visit my NatWest branch. Reviewed on: 1st January 2018
