Natwest Does Good!

Since banking with Natwest I have had such a positive experience. Their customer service is excellent and their online and mobile banking systems are easy to use and straightforward. Just what I need. Reviewed on: 30th January 2018

Not very good

Natwest great bank

Not good service

Trying to do anything with Natwest is often quite difficult, and when I had my card stolen I cancelled within 15 minutes and they still managed to spend £80 contactlessly which I did not get back. Reviewed on: 5th January 2018
