Helpful and Caring Customer Services

I don't have any complaints about Natwest, my experience with the Bank is a positive one and I've been with them for 12 years or so. They are always willing to help, helpful and care by suggesting ways I can make my money (or lack of) work better for me. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Very informative and helpful staff

I inherited a sum of money and I wasn't sure what to with it short term as it was to be used for a big project later. The staff were very helpful, talked me through the various options and helped me sat up a new savings account. I am really happy as until the money is used, its earning me interest. Good savings account

The easy navigation and information makes the use of the app really simple. I am kept up to date with interest rates and everything is clear. Money is easily moved around and I have not experienced any issues with the app at all Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

NatWest is a fantastic bank

I have only had one problem with NatWest which was card issues but the team were great in replying to my messages.When I have needed to check something or ask a question the bot is abit useless but you get put through to a human and they are great. They didn’t close my account when I had to get Iva like another bank did. It’s a shame there’s no branches anymore but online has everything you need. The only think I don’t like is trying to capture a cheque is awkward but they can’t be Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
