Easy to use and 'attractive' app. Select account comes with many features including attached Digital Regular Saver account that pays 6.17% interest (AER), single or double Round Ups and on screen transaction notifications. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

My finances controlled in one place!

I have never had a problem with the NatWest Select account. I have banked with NatWest for 25 years and this account caters for all the banking I need. The app is excellent and I can control my finances easily. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

ihave been with the bank for over 30 years i had an overdraft which i only got couse there was a mix up with the money they never ever gave me and incress in it then i had a bit of trouble with froudsters and got acused of money loundering my credit score is very good so i applyed for a credit card they said no and then sent me a letter that they were going to cancel all my accounts i 5 weeks time they didnt even give me a reason for this and said if i phoned up to find out why this had happened that they would not tell me why so you tell me am i write in giving this review Reviewed on: 29th May 2025

The over the hill bank

After a very bumpy. Where the bank closed my account for 2weeks last year without my knowledge leaving me with no way to get to my money for food and paying bills leaving me temporarily in debt , I had to overseas account fee which should have been covered by the bank, now just last month I got a letter telling me I’m to find another bank as they are closing my account permanently in April, can I get an explanation can I hell they refuse to tell me why, I think they’ve done me a big favour.
