Love the new app and web

I have switched my account to NatWest from Santander because NatWest have better app and web ( UX / UI ). I think it’s better than Monzo and other high street banks. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

I've been with natwest for 10yrs and I'm happy with most things the only thing I had problems with was overdraft upgrade when i was in a jam and got declined i was disappointed to say the least but overall yep good bank

As above I said I'm overall happy with natwest but was left feeling unhelped and dissatisfied when i needed help and wanted my overdraft raised by 100 pounds when I was in a particular jam. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
