Helpful and supportive

I switched to the natwest 2 years ago. They have been very helpful and supportive. The reward account is great, I get cash back every month with no effort or changes to where I spend money. Simple and easy banking

Move to Lloyds

The natwest banking app is rubbish. Especially the biometric function. It should be called a dis function. The majority of the time I have resort to using my desktop to be able to pay for things that require biometric approval as the biometric face recognition just does not work. Also why do you have use biometric approval just to change the title of a payment to someone that you have paid before? Lloyds app is so much better. It works! Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Great bank!!

NatWest is a great bank,never had any problems with them at all.Always on hand if needed with a very helpful service.They give regular checks on their customers to see if they can save money.Banking app is fantastic and easy to use with lots of options. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
