Best banking app

Brilliant bank

Easy to use app, friendly staff on sight, I couldn't recommend Natwest more! I've been with them for around 15 years and they were my first bank, I cannot fault them at all they've grown and exceeded my expectations over the years. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

New to online banking

I hadn't used on line banking before switching to Natwest. I had concerns, being older, about security and if I would manage it OK. It was easy to set up and has been so simple and helpful using the app. Having control over payments, being able to set up direct debits, getting notifications when you spend and safeguards in place to prompt you when making larger payments have all been very reassuring. Love using this app
