Great first bank for my daughter

Easy to use, given my daughter independence and more confidence by giving her the opportunity to pay for things herself. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Probably the worst banking app, full of bottlenecks and riddled with friction. There is no direct way to transfer money from a NatWest account to the child account nor is there a way to add from a linked account from within the app. You have to first transfer, as a payee, to middle/holding account then to the child's account. With a NatWest account the child account is still set up as a payee, should be able to transfer account to account! You also have to reset contactless constantly, which means that if a parent can't get to the phone, the child is left stranded. Need to start again, truly awful app. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Great way to introduce my little one to money!

A fantastic way to begin to introduce my daughter to the value of money. She has enjoyed building up her balance (not doing the chores though!) and then being able to treat herself. It’s also been lovely to see her making an effort to save. She splits her balance between the pots - knowing how much more she needs to reach her savings goal! Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
