Smooth process. Happy independent children

The whole process is very smooth. Children love their accounts especially with Apple Pay addition. Transactions are all clear and transparent. Easy for family members to pay funds in and the children feel independent. Overall very happy although as courts customers we would prefer an incentive as we have x 3 accounts to pay for! Been with Natwest a long time without any issues.

I’ve been with NatWest a long time without any issues, I’ve opened the Rooster account for my girls and they love having that independence with money, it’s also taught them how to save and how to manage their money. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
