We moved to NatWest after being with different banks...

We moved to NatWest after being with different banks our whole adult life. We went to get a joint account at our previous banks and they told us we had to travel to Manchester as they didn’t do that in their branch and we couldn’t do it online. NatWest however, we sorted it all in one day and online! Then I have just moved the children to NatWest too and I’m blown away at the rooster app and how helpful it is and free! Ive been paying £8 a month on the kid’s previous bank accounts and rooster does all the same and more! So pleased! Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

The cards are great.

The cards are great. My children can earn extra money for chores and they can call me if they run out while they are out and ask me to top it up. I can restrict the cash withdrawal facility and help them use their pocket money responsibly and help them learn the value of doing jobs to earn more! Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
