Helping to promote independence

RoosterMoney is a fantastic app for introducing my daughter to having her own money. It encourages her to save as well as spend and to set up long term savings goals. Fantastic app to teach kids the value of money

I absolutely love this app and so do my kids. It motivates them to earn pocket money and they pretty quickly have grasped the value of items they want but can’t yet have. My son has ADHD so you can imagine the concept of delayed gratification has been a tough nut to crack, nevertheless he is saving up for a refurb iPad and I’m very proud of him- go Rooster for that! We shall get cards for the kids once they’ve grasped the idea of cash but there is no pressure within this app for that. Can’t recommend this app enough for teaching your kids about money. Great app easy to use

Great control & flexibility

Whilst a little cumbersome to start with, once familiar with the app it gives the user everything they need to manage their child's savings & spending. All at an affordable cost. Super useful

It's been hard to impress the importance of finances on my preteens. I had always thought that digital vs cold hard cash just didn't train the true value of money. RoosterMoney really helps with this, tackling notions of sensible saving, goal setting, chore rewards and compound interest, all in an easily understandable and inclusive app (for both kids and adults!). I love the financial controls and the freedom it affords my lot. The earlier they get to grips with managing money the better. Well worth the investment. Reviewed on: 5th February 2021
