lost small amount of money to fraudulent purchase, Natwest just dismissed it & said must be my fault without looking into details, couldn't be bothered to chase it myself & as I find most banks/institutions are much the same 'better the devil you know'... so no I cant be hundred percent positive. shame because Rooster set up is perfect for us Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
