I have been with NatWest for 20 years so naturally when it was time for my son to have a bank card I chose NatWest. We have not had any problems with his rooster card the app is so easy for both parent and child. No complaints. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2026

Great way to help my kids learn the value of money

Never had to contact customer services, and being a current account holder means Rooster is completely free. Chores lost and boost function in app is really useful. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2026

Rooster card helps my child. to manage their money

Rooster card has made it so much easier for my child to manage their pocket money. Everytime their card is topped up, they are able to see the reasons why (chores, for example). The rooster app on their phone and on mine helps us both to keep track. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2026
