7 Year Old Loves Using His Card

It's really easy to set up and use. My 7 year old loves that he can be earn money from chores each week and we tick them off together every Sunday. He always gets money on his card for special occasions. He loves the feeling of going to the shop (usually Smyths) and buying something with his own money after keeping tabs on his savings. The card is linked to my bank so I can top it up quickly. Would 100% recommend! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Natwest one of the best out there

I have been banking with Natwest for a long time and find their support and varied products exceptional. The mobile banking app is secure and easy to use and very stable platform. I used the Rooster money card for my daughter who had a trip abroad and found it amazingly reassuring. I could transfer funds and manage her card from my account or the Rooster parent account which also is secure and has lots of support to help younger people with their finances.
