Very good! Excellent since rooster accounts started

I had a NatWest account for more than 20 years I have never had any trouble. I was paying £5 a month and 50p per transaction for a go Henry account for my daughter. I scrapped that account as soon as I found out about rooster!! It’s free for NatWest customers and has saved me from another monthly subscription. Great for me and my teen

Very easy to use app for both me and my teenager, when I’ve had to contact customer services they have been quick and I really like the fact I can just do it all through the app and don’t have to phone a call centre. They also reward you for being a loyal NatWest customer by giving you access to rooster for free. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2026
