Great for teaching kids about money

As an existing NatWest customer it was great to be able to access this service to provide my children with the beginnings of an education about money. They can earn money through chores on the app, save it in their pots and then load it onto their own personalised bank card that they can use to buy things with, allowing them to make informed choices but still giving us parents control over the accounts/cards to keep it safe. Good for saving and spending.

Happy Customers

Natwest call handlers and online chat have always been very kind and helpful. I have never come off a call or online chat without feeling more confused. They have empathy, are very knowledgeable and explain everything without the jargon. My son has a rooster account and fells very grown up as it allows him to save in his pots he’s created. Easy set up and to managd

The account was easy to set up and is easy to manage. Can clearly see what my daughter is spending her money on and where i.e in person and online. If we feel she is not use appropriate websites etc then can have discussions with her about safe spending but can also limit her account for extra safety Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
