My daughter had lost her card twice now and Natwest...

My daughter had lost her card twice now and Natwest had been always very quick to send a replacement card. The process of freezing and unfreezing and to request for replacement card had been no stress. Natwest customer for more than 30 years!

I first joined Natwest as a student as there was a branch on campus. More than 30 years later I am still a Natwest customer, with Natwest premium current account, a savings account and a Rooster account for my two children, which comes free with my current account. I use the premium benefits regularly, including free tickets, airport lounge access and concierge service and feel it offers excellent value for money and great reward scheme. I use Natwest Roaster for my two children, its ones of the best apps compared to others and being a natwest customer is free. It allows my children some independency, doing chores and requesting money. Its really helped to maintain a good ethic and is so easy to use. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025
