Teen Independence & financial freedom is awesome.

Fabulous way to educate financial management and savings. Great way to feel secure and knowledgeable that child has security of emergency funds access. Great debit card for teenagers with cool design. But rather expensive fee at £4.99 for card. Excellent service and Son loves independence with his funds or pocket money. Fab finance advice and blog type news, but offers of discounts would be ace. Great way to develop and encourage trust with child. Web chat responds professionally and efficiently. Occasionally resetting contactless card has posed an issue if not with Son at the time. Great pocket money management. Professional security measures for online purchases and appropriate restrictions on some service purchasing. Great safeguarding. Good spending restrictions. Can cause some issues on public transport for child occasionally with blocking of card. Withdrawal of funds from parent account taking over 24 hours can cause severe difficulty if an emergency for child or parent. Some purchasing restrictions when a card transaction is re-presented did prevent access to refreshments on a school trip. Difficult to resolve immediately. Love the fee subscription freedom if connected to child's first saver account at NatWest. Exceptionally easy to access app and send funds over to parent account and card account immediately. Easy for child to manage and understand. Can be an issue if no access to WiFi at the time. Clean app display. Love the service. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024
