Approached my other bank to open an account for my son- such a rigmarole! Popped into Natwest, walked out with, not only an account for him, but its free too! Very helpful staff; patient and kind too. Talked me through all the options and helped me pick the right account for my 8yo. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024
