Senior saver account should offer monthly interest payment option inline with usual building society practice. Less restrictive notice withdrawals on accounts needed. These would encourage more new savers and investments. Reviewed on: 29th November 2024

I did have trouble transferring money to my newly op...

I did have trouble transferring money to my newly opened account, however when I rang the server was able to advise me what to do. Although initially my transaction wasn’t working properly I was advised to send a secure message which resulted in my transaction being completed Reviewed on: 22nd November 2024

Online access isn't good from my experience!

Well after opening an in branch account attempted to get online access. Unfortunately after many attempts with must to-ing and fro-ing with building soc tech support, changes of email address, passwords etc I'm still not connected. Coming from a tech background I can't help thinking that there are issues in your system. As such I've about given up as wasting too much time. Reviewed on: 19th November 2024
