Different accounts for savers.

I wanted to add more money to my existing savings account - which I did. But then it was discovered that the added money went over the prescribed amount allowed so I then had to transfer the surplus amount to another account (senior saver). It required a further visit to the branch but in the end it was all settled satisfactorily. Reviewed on: 6th December 2024

Staff were polite, there was no hurry, conversation was friendly, service was excellent and the savings rates are very good. Staff pointed out the best savings rates for my needs and explained account restrictions Reviewed on: 30th November 2024
