Wish we had found Newbury years ago.

We randomly chose Newbury to invest some of our savings to spread it around to keep it safe. Wish we’d come years ago. Excellent service, Karen was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The branch was spotlessly clean, tidy and welcoming. It really was a pleasant experience..it’s not often these days that you are able to complete a task with zero stress. A very positive experience

I am a completely new customer to Newbury Building Society and decided to make an appointment with them because I was attracted to one of their savings products. I received several email and text reminders before my appointment which was very efficient, and on arrive at the branch, I received a warm welcome. My advisor, Chloe, was friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't rush me at all which made me feel comfortable and she was a good communicator. All-in-all, it was a very positive experience. Reviewed on: 23rd October 2024

First experience of opening a Newbury BS account.

This was our first experience of opening accounts with Newbury BS, we were pleasantly surprised at the competitive interest rates being offered. We live near Basingstoke which has a local NBS branch, so if we have any issues we could call in there. However we opened our accounts online which was very straightforward to do so.
