Opened a savings account and visited Wokingham branch as part of that as I couldn’t scan our ID online. They were really helpful in the branch and matched our ID with the online application efficiently and we were then called by the Savings team at Head Office who completed the process promptly Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

Transfers between Accounts

I opened a new savings bond, but I was unable to transfer money from my existing savings account. I had transfer the money from my savings account to my "named" account, then I hadcto transfer that money to my new account. Seems like a waste of time. Reviewed on: 26th July 2024

Newbury BS are fantastic.

Very engaging and helpful customer service from both Connor and Bradley at the Wokingham Branch. Connor really spend time with me explaining everything and ensuring my money would be safe. The only reason I have given 4 stars for the experience is that the process for opening my savings bond was a bit too lengthy considering I am an existing member. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024
