Customer Service is Like Second Nature to Them

We work with Newbury Building Society to help them provide an inclusive digital experience on their platform through our toolbar. Every time we work with them or talk to someone who is affiliated with the company, they are so polite and helpful. You can tell that's a true reflection on how they work with clients of their own. Fast efficient and friendly, I visited to update my books and Lisa told me I could be earning better returns if I switched to another account, she explained what was involved and then she organised the switch for me.
