Fast efficient and friendly, I visited to update my books and Lisa told me I could be earning better returns if I switched to another account, she explained what was involved and then she organised the switch for me. Great for savings

Straightforward process to open account, data entry was very easy and approval was also quick and easy. The only downside was that it wasn’t possible to check that deposits had been received the same day as the money was routed through a clearing bank Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

Nice building society to be with

It was nice to see a product for those that don't live in the local area. I prefer building societies to banks, so always strive to be a member where I can. Now as a member I will be eligible for some of there high rate products in future. Only down side is they don't have any regular savers currently, which are quite motivating to save for.
