You need to learn how to populate emails!

I was quite surprised to receive an email confirming my account being opened, addressed in the name of blank! Just a little concerning if you can’t use my name! Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

Set up savings account

Proficient, Professional and Prompt

There was one small problem which emerged later in the day on which we opened our accounts. This was resolved with proficiency, professionalism and promptly. Reviewed on: 26th January 2024

Opening a Fixed Bond

I am already a customer but wished to open a fixed bond. I find it difficult to visit the branch within the opening times at Winchester, but had a window at 4pm. The team managed to book me in. On arrival I updated my existing account books and was then taken in to see Sarah who opened the account swiftly so that I could take the book away with me. Reviewed on: 26th January 2024
