Opening a new account

Initial phone enquiry was answered promptly. A call back with additional information on the same day. Appointment made to attend branch to complete paperwork. A number of follow up calls with updates. In branch service was friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

Easy and relaxed

Wasn’t sure which savings plan to go for but I was soon advised and assured. Everything was explained clearly to me and I wasn’t rushed into making a decision. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

Good service

We visited to juggle our savings for better interest rate. The counter staff were very helpful and did what we wanted with minimum fuss. The interest rates could be improved slightly and are not the best. The process was also delayed by computer problems but, overall, was very good. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023
