Setting up new accounts made so easy

Your colleague at your Basingstoke Branch helped my husband and I set up two accounts each. Rob's approach was informative, professional and friendly. Rob explained the terms and conditions for the accounts we were opening the process improved greatly by the very calm atmosphere of your branch. Finding the best savings account

I went to Thatcham branch NBS to update my savings accounts as I knew there were better options but not sure how they all worked. In my meeting the rep helped me understand all of my option and was able to explain how they worked in lay terms. I was very happy with the end result. Reviewed on: 20th October 2023

Helpful and friendly.
