New customer opening two accounts

Very straight forward conducted in a very professional manner. Only hiccup was that it took a week for the books of my new accounts , when I was told it would be done and sent out next day. Letter franked 1st class next day but arrived 7 days later. Had similar experience awaiting for verification code for online access to my account letter franked 21/7 1st class letter received 3/8.
