Very helpful

All the staff were very helpful,courteous and professional.Samantha took her time to explain and help me choose the best option for my savings.There was a definite feeling that everyone was happy in their work and a real friendly atmosphere in the building, which was clean ,neat and tidy,credit to all. Easy new savings process

Very good customer experience

I have saved with the society for 60 years, also having mortgages over that time. The savings rates are competitive, with helpful staff and a useful online system, which enables me to use the society, even though I now live many miles from Newbury. Truly a good mutual society, still relevant in the modern world of finance. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

complicated

I found it very complicated to open an account. It took two phone calls, one promising to call back, who didn't, to get information .A promised letter did not arrive and I was on the point of giving up. The account number seemed very suspicious to my bank, which necessitated another phone call .I have never found it so difficult to open an account. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
