Slow to answer messages

Very pleased with account I applied for. But very slow to get set up online with nominated account for payments/deposits. Messages not answered promptly, had to message a second time when no reply within a week. Took 3 weeks in all to get the account fully up & running. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

It took 10 days to open my account

I opened a new savings account but it was 10 days before I could deposit money into my account. Bad communication, excuses such 'we're very busy' people are off sick' meant that my savings were sitting in my current account (having moved them from my old low interest account) for 10 days. Relatively easy to open an ISA account. It could be improved by making the account opening process fully possible online rather than just in branch through in the post. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023
