My review was great, just what I needed. Lisa dealt with me professionally and efficiently.

I had spent a frustrating couple of hours trying to arrange a transfer of my isa with a couple of other financial institutions who were quite frankly hard work. Lisa totally took all the hassle out of the situation. Reviewed on: 15th February 2023

Customer service

Help with opening a few savings accounts at the Newbury branch. Two visits, on both occasions staff were very helpful and knowledgeable making opening the accounts quick and easy. Reviewed on: 13th February 2023
