Really friendly, helpful staff and also easy to add funds by internet as well.

I met staff of Newbury Building Society at Abingdon Air Show and liked the sound of the account which I subsequently opened in branch. The service I received in branch was very good and the whole process was very smooth. Since then I have used internet access which again is very user-friendly (I'm not computer-savvy, so need simple systems!). Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

SERVICE WITH A SMILE

Great service in Hungerford branch

I have banked with all of the major banks and building societies in my life, but Newbury Building Society stands out for us focus on the customers and communities it serves. Fantastic communication, offering inclusion and insight into the running of the building society, why & when it does things and inviting feedback & suggestions.
