A Breath of Fresh Air

Opening a new savings account with the Newbury Building Society has been a very pleasant relief from the impersonal "big bank" style of service of the major financial institutions. The whole experience was one of caring and relaxed competence, with a "family feel" style of service. I was made to feel very welcome and I am very pleased to have joined. I'm happy

Happy with opening account with Newbury BS. Good interest rate offered. Pity they are sending account verification details by post, why not email? With the current postal disputes I have no idea when I will receive these details. Reviewed on: 9th December 2022

Insightful, helpful, knowledgabel ehlp much appreciated

The lasy at Wokingham branch was extremely helpful in offering good advisde and help on my recent visit. I cam in to add funds to my EMA account but asked about my other accounts and was quickly givenm facts to base a decision on where best to invest. Great service. Reviewed on: 9th December 2022
