Impressed by the staff tactfully pointing out alternative savings options since we opened current accounts and responding immediately to decision to open new account. Visited local branch to transfer from existing accounts to newly opened ones

I visited the Abingdon branch to get help with transferring amounts from my existing savings accounts to two new accounts set up online. The staff were really helpful and explained the best way to get the most out of two of the accounts, and the reason one of the new accounts required a further action before transfers could take place. Opening a Young Saver Account

I opened a Young Saver Account for my Grandson in the Hungerford Office. The Assistant was really helpful and did all the necessary paperwork immediately so I was able to take his new passbook with me there and then. The printing machine was playing up but she remained calm and sorted it all out, eventually using a good old fashioned pen! The customer service was excellent. Reviewed on: 4th December 2022

Ok in parts

My intial contact via phone was good, my in branch experience not so. I was given contradictory information which resulted in wasting time which was unnecessary. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2022
