Opening savings accounts

Samantha was in the office alone due to staff shortages, given this very difficult situation, she managed with a professional attitude and was very discreet when other customers entered. I would like to recommend a monetary bonus or pay rise for managing the role of 3 staff and executing it well. Reviewed on: 25th October 2022

Very easy to navigate online

The website was very easy to navigate when opening a new account. It's also nice to know there is a human being on the end of a phone if required and not having to hold for an extremely long time as is the case for some larger providers. Reviewed on: 24th October 2022

Fantastic

Superb service

I already have a couple of savings accounts with the Newbury Building Society and so have had experienced their great customer service. I wanted to open another account that was not instant access. I went to Alton branch on Saturday morning and Cassie went through all the options without being pushy. Very happy to open a Charity account. Reviewed on: 10th October 2022
