Moved my money without informing me

I've had abysmal service from Newbury Building Society and if it weren't for the fact I've invested so much time trying to open an account I would just abandon using them for my savings. They moved money which I had deposited with them without informing me which is extremely worrying, what else might they do with my money without informing me? Efficient and friendly service

Opened an additional savings account at the counter of the Basingstoke branch and my application was dealt with efficiently and in a very friendly manner by Gladys. She was friendly, very customer focussed and helpful and my new passbook was ready for me to take away when I'd finished. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend this branch. Good Savings advice

Visited Basingstoke Branch of Newbury Building Soc. today. I wanted a savings account that offered a respectable interest rate. All acoounts were explained and I was able to open the one that was right for me. It was so easy. Staff were efficient and friendly. A happy experience. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022
