The staff and building society are always helpful especially at this difficult financial time.

I have had savings and ISA accounts for many years with the building society. I recommended my daughter took out a mortgage and this was set up with no problems. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Excellent service but would prefer to be able to invest more than the allowance

I started with Newbury about 15 months ago by visiting Abingdon office. The staff were most helpful, welcoming and efficient. I like using a small, friendly branch such as Newbury provide. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

I value the personal attention I receive from the very friendly & competent staff at my Wokingham Branch. It is so good that the staff know me personally, because most of them have been with the Branch for many years. This makes me think that they are a very happy team.
