Easy to use, but why did I have to?

It was easy to move money out , I did it to move it to a better paying account. I don't understand why Newbury does not give the same rate to existing customers as it does to new customers. It would be interesting to hear why they do not , so thank goodness for other banks / building societies who pay better savings rates .. Reviewed on: 6th May 2022

Our existing members of 1 year or more are eligible for our EMA account which is a higher interest rate than our new member account, our advisers would be happy to discuss these with you if you'd like someone to contact you, please do email us if you'd like to do this.
