Simple and sooo handy!

Payment come off my wages before i even see the money, so its invisible. Over the years the invisible payments into my savings with the union has saved my bacon quite a few times. Its handy to know that sum of money is constantly growing without a thought, but also for those emergencies that are hard to plan for. Its an extra pot of money that I dont worry about putting into and its just there. I can get to it anytime, request withdrawals from the app and the moneys sorted. Wish I started with it sooner than I did, its become a life line! Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Good service

The NHS credit union has helped me save with the deductions through pay roll. They have also helped me adjust and answer any questions I have through their online chat. I would recommend it to any of my fellow employees. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

A facility that enables me to save.

Delighted With Service

I have been so pleased with the service. The staff are always friendly, informative and efficient. I use to find my car services, tax, MOT etc I like the online service that is available it is easy to use. When I have had difficulty the staff on the telephone have always been helpful. I love the fact that you can save straight from your pay every payday. With the mobile app you can get instant access to your savings and request a loan or a transfer to your bank. Makes saving and borrowing easy. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020

Savings direct from pay

Being able to save with the amount being taken directly from my salary is absolutely perfect. Easy access to these savings and if I needed a loan the ability to speak to someone on the phone and it’s quickly arranged is great. Reviewed on: 24th June 2020
