Having looked for other car insurance One call has come out as one of the cheapest and the best value for money. I have recommend to other people to get a quote for there insurance. Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

I felt valued as a customer.

I was called out of the blue by one of their customer service team. The lady who spoke to me asked if everything was okay with car insurance cover that I had bought. She also asked if I had logged onto the online portal for all the information about my cover. In all my years of buying car insurance no one has ever done that before.
