I had to change my policy because I’ve bought a new car. I was a bit concerned about doing it with live chat but with Adam’s help - AT7 - it was painless. I’m not good in the phone and this made it so much easier. Thank you AT7 for being patient with me. Reviewed on: 17th September 2024

The advisor was great WT1, the portal itself is terrible, slow constantly the threat of kicking out due to inactivity which wasn’t the case. Offering products which is not needed when it’s just a change of vehicle. Portal messages was slow to send and looks very poor build to use on mobile phone. I rate the insurance company overall had no issues with that. Reviewed on: 17th September 2024
