IT'S GOOD TO TALK.

Overall, good but would be excellent if one could talk directly to a human when trying to ensure applications are completed and/or trying to clarify certain points for brevity. (I can talk faster than I can type). Reviewed on: 2nd August 2026

No information on extra charges

They changed one piece of information on my policy and charged a £42.50 admin fee. They didn’t contact me before doing so just sent a cryptic email about a charge which didn’t include any information, I had to contact customer services to find out what was going on. Reviewed on: 1st August 2026

Very happy!

I’ve used One Call for several years to take care of my motor insurance; I check with comparison sites for a cheaper deal each year but none have matched the renewal price of One Call so they have provided good value for money. I had the misfortune to be involved in a no fault accident this year and my claim was dealt with efficiently and with good customer support.
