Excellent Chat experience

Adam B handled my request to reverse an Annual charge to monthly direct debit. This was done without any fuss and the direct debit set up immediately. Appalling customer service.

One Call in name only. In practice, two weeks after an impact with a wild animal, we are no further forward with arranging a repair on my wife's car. They appear to be refusing to pay the labour rate quoted by the local VAG approved body shop. They have done nothing to actively enable the repair. Use at your own risk.
