Good customer service but online only, no telephone

I cannot fault Onecall Car Insurance in the service we've received, we never made a claim, only online web chat enquiries, twice in oner a year of insuring with them. I only took out the policy after doing all the online comparison sites, because they were the cheapest but I hate not being able to pick up the telephone & speak to a human being, I know the online web chat is a real human behind it & not a robot, one can tell! For this reason I would be reluctant to insure with them again unless their quote was that competitive because web chat is not my preferred way & i had to be really careful when scrolling the conversation / script because it kept logging me out so it made me scared & panic that I would have to wait in the queue again, I'd been #5 in the queue before but I did get back into the chat each time but it was annoying to keep getting logged out. Suneil SS3 was my agent just now & he (/she?) was very good at answering all my questions & looking into & amending what I asked even after the policy ended, I needed proof of NCB. He was very polite. Thank you. I know online is supposed to save you as a company, money so you don't provide a telephone service. I hope you do one day but this seems to be working for you.
