Car insurance ok, hard getting through customer service, takes long time, but professional approach. Got new car, couldn't transfer old insurance police on to new car so not all services available, a bit of a wasted time, got a letter later to say policy being cancelled and to get in touch otherwise which again time consuming Reviewed on: 8th October 2025
