Top marks for efficiency and service.

Having a rather unfortunate collapsed kerb incident, with no mobile coverage, I managed to drive to a nearby residential area and a very kind resident allowed me toe use their landline to call the insurer. Following a brief chat A pick up vehicle arrived within a short space of time, the car was loaded on, my partner and I got into the cab. We were dropped at home and the damaged tyre was repaired the next day. A small call out charge for the truck and everything resolved very quickly. Top marks! Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

When I had my accident onecall helped me through the process, everything was all sorted out within 2hrs of my accident. ( amazing) And they checked up on me every week for a month making sure iam still ok.even trying to recover the hired car charges from the 3rd party ,and reassuring me everything will be settled.
