Easy to deal with and competitive

Terrible unprofessional

Do not use One Call they refuse to resolve the issue they have caused by letting someone else insure the car that I own . So I cannot use my own car as I havnt insured it . Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

Got ripped off

Seriously unhappy - I had my first ever motorbike accident this year. It was 100% not my fault, driver pulled right across my nose, i had no chance. I had fully comp insurance with one call. I spoke to the claim handler and since then they have done NOTHING that i asked them to do. I am expecting to be fully reimbursed so i can replace the vehicle lost, with no cost to myself at all. This has not been the case and i have lost over half the value of my bike. So now im busted up, but healing, and have no chance at all to replace the bike someone decided to smash up. Completely not my fault and yet im left out of pocket. This is NOT what should happen when you are the victim of someone else's negligent. One call have let me down at every turn. absolutely gutted.
