Very bad dealing. I don't deal with them again

purchased a car today, insured it, paid insurance in full. Drove down the road and the car broke down, returned to garage, tried to get hold One call but no phone number, web chat only, took 2.5 hrs waiting to be told i can cancel but would be due NO refund !! £49.99 set up fee and the rest to cover the policy... I had for less than 2 hrs.. absolute joke. shameful. I appreciate all companies have fees but this is awful.. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Absolute rubbish,th the chat line I was number 56 waiting to be dealt with.you can’t phone or email them. I spoke to Joe Biden,Boris Johnson and the Pope while I was waiting to get through to Onecall.Never again. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

I have my car insurance with One Call and can fault them. The price was competitive, the cover is really poor when comparing to others.they fail I dislike the portal never worked /live chat as opposed to having to use a phone as they never answer it buyer beware Simon Reviewed on: 8th August 2022

Another bad experience after canceling

I needed insurance straight away as I needed to give 3 clear working days to the company before they would release vehicle. Got a quote £200 pound at least more than any of the companies on line we were advised to call the call centre the next day I couldn’t afford to wait as needed a policy straight away I needed the van and it had already been delayed 3 months I couldn’t afford the risk of waiting longer again I purchased a policy on line in order to get my van Never once was I told I’d have to pay an extortionate amount to cancel Had the quote been slightly more or available to do instantly I would of gone with it But I couldn’t afford to wait Online chat today Natasha K said Well you never told us you needed it straight away? Well you never asked? You never advised cancellation fees And you were patronising I won’t be using you again for van insurance Customer service is good but retention service is rubbish Reviewed on: 30th July 2022

Fraudsters

This company has taken £136 from my account even though my policy was cancelled. I have had no warning of this and there is no way to contact them to get it back as the online chat works when it wants to and no phone number is connecting. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR HATD EARNED CASH.
